1. The surface cleaning method:

1. Soaking method: some small items are immersed in rust preventive grease to make the surface adhere to a layer of antirust grease. The oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the rust preventive grease.
2. The brush coating method is used for the outdoor building equipment or special shape products which are not suitable for soaking or spraying. When the brush coating is painted, it should be paid attention to not to produce the accumulation, but also to prevent the leakage.
3, some large anti-corrosion products can not be oiled by immersion method. Generally, the filtered compressed air of about 0.7Mpa pressure is applied to clean the air. Spray method is suitable for solvent dilution antirust oil or thin layer antirust oil, but must adopt perfect fire protection and labor protection measures.
